Snow Farm Creamery - Cheese CSA!
Hello cheese fans! We are a creamery in Brooktondale, NY and enjoy sharing our delicious cheeses with the local area. We source milk from our neighbor's small family dairy farm in Speedville, NY and turn it into raw milk cheese one day a week. We have partnered with West Haven Farm so you can get a great deal on our cheeses during their CSA season.
Below is a list of cheeses we will be making this year. Occasionally there will be varieties mixed with our favorite spices.
Dream Street - a Gouda style cheese
Fetish - a Feta style cheese
Baby Swiss - A swiss cheese aged 2-3 months
Tiara - A young Asiago style cheese
Caerphilly - A welsh style similar to a cheddar

Grow Wild! A Native Plant Nursery
I have a small native plant nursery located in Brooktondale, NY. All of my plants are lovingly grown and nurtured from seed, and many of the seeds are also collected by me in and around Tompkins county. I am delighted to be able to sell my plants at the Tuesday pickup at West Haven Farm.
You can find out more about my nursery and what plants are available at www.growwildnatives.com.
I look forward to meeting you!
