Our Crops
Our focus is to sustainably grow beautiful and flavorful fruits and vegetables. All our produce is certified organic by NOFA-NY Certified Organic LLC. Here is a selection of our favorite crops.
CSA & Farmers Market:
Arugula, asian greens (bok choi, komatsuna), basil, beets, broccoli, brussels sprouts , cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celeriac, celery, cilantro, collards, cucumbers, daikon radishes, dill, edamame, eggplant, fennel, garlic, green beans, herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage), kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce (heads and baby mix), melons (watermelon & cantaloupe), mixed greens, napa cabbage, onions, parsley, peas, peppers (hot, bell, cubanelle, poblano), perpetual spinach, potatoes, rutabaga, scallions, garlic scapes, shallots, spinach, strawberries, sweet potatoes, swiss chard, tomatoes (heirloom, beefsteak, cherry & paste), turnips, winter squash (butternut, delicata, acorn, honeynut), zucchini.
We also include plants for your garden in the CSA!

Tree Fruit: Apples (Jonagold, Gold Rush, Liberty, Enterprise, Honey Crisp, Sweet 16, Gala), peaches.
Microgreens: Available at Greenstar and the farmers market only!
Nursery plants: In the spring we have an annual plant sale at the farm and we sell plants at the Ithaca Farmers Market and Greenstar food coop! We offer a wide range of flower, vegetable and herb varieties for your garden!
Value Added Products: Seasonal- Apple sauce & Apple Cider (made from our own organic apples)
You Pick Crops - Available to CSA Members Only
The you-pick is our gift to our CSA members. For members it is free of charge and open 24/7
