Winter CSA -
We have been working hard to winterize the farm, insulating areas for washing, adding storage space and building two new high tunnels! The CSA share will be made up of our own storage crops and freshly grown greens as well as some specialty items like applesauce. We may supplement with items from other local producers who have similarly sustainable and organic growing practices.
Check back in November 2024 for a winter share!
Share items might include:
Cabbage, brussels sprouts, leeks, potatoes, winter squash, onions, garlic, carrots, beets, celeriac, radishes, spinach, kale, arugula, mixed greens, lettuce, apple sauce, apples, frozen strawberries, and more!
